However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you believe you made a payment in error, were charged incorrectly, or have another concern about a transaction, please contact us before filing a payment dispute. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.
If a refund is appropriate, we will arrange it through the original payment method whenever possible.
For ticketed events, products, or other purchases offered through TipsOkay, any additional refund terms shown at the time of purchase will also apply.
