Nathan Sobko is a Canadian singer-songwriter based on Gabriola Island, British Columbia. He is known for his heartfelt songwriting, recording, producing, and performing. He actively shares his love of music through various platforms and live performances. ​

Jack Gibson
Jack Gibson is a Gabriola original. Not only does he live in the “south”, we writes and sings about Silva Bay Girls and knows a thing or two about Sunny Days and the Blue Sea. Jack and his fellow bandmates from Shed put together an amazing collection of songs on their album “Screen Life” and if you know any of them you can sing along on Saturday night- don’t be shy!
Jack’s music is sure to put a smile on your face and you’ll find yourself wanting to dance to some of the tunes…so go ahead and enjoy every minute on the deck. Bring your friends and have a meal and enjoy the music of Jack Gibson from 6-8 pm.

Lino Vella-Gregory
​Lino Vella-Gregory is a musician based on Gabriola Island, British Columbia. He has participated in local music events, including open mic nights hosted by Nathan Sobko. Additionally, he has been featured as a main act at the Surf Lodge, a venue on Gabriola Island. ​
Lino is a one-man show with a wide range of musical influences. Whether playing with a group of musicians or on his own, he is able to captivate his audience who can sometimes be heard singing along to the classics.
If you remember the 70’s you’ll have a special place in your heart for the oldies and if you weren’t there this might be the closest you come to experiencing the immediacy of a live performance with the likes of James Taylor, Jim Croce, Neil Young, Elton John or any of the other amazing influences of the era. Some of the folks we now know as legends started out on a small stage with audiences that didn’t even know their name. Lino has an uncanny way of recreating the ambiance that went along with the many decades that have come and gone since that time, taking us back to a special time and recreating the magic of a moment.
Bring your requests and see if he knows your tune! Bring your favourite people for something to eat and enjoy the music and the amazing surroundings on the deck at the Silva Bay Marina.

On Deck
The On Deck series features local musicians of various genres. The music reflects off of the the bay which creates a natural aphitheatre while offering a beautiful backdrop for an evening with friends and family. The Moveable Feast hosts the show and offers special menu items to enjoy while listening to your favourite tunes.
