Welcome to TipsOkay.com. TipsOkay provides a simple way for audiences to support independent artists and creators through tips and other purchases offered on the site.
Tips and Payments
Tips are voluntary payments made in support of the artist or creator identified on the product or payment page.
For standard TipsOkay tips, 90% of the tip is allocated to the artist or creator and 10% is retained by TipsOkay. TipsOkay is responsible for its applicable payment-processing costs from its portion.
Payments are securely processed through our payment provider. TipsOkay does not store your complete credit-card information.
Refunds and Payment Issues
Tips are generally final once processed. However, mistakes can happen.
If you believe you made a payment in error, were charged incorrectly, or have another concern about a transaction, please contact TipsOkay before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly.
Where a refund is appropriate, it will normally be returned through the original payment method.
Additional refund terms may apply to tickets, products, services or events and will be identified where applicable.
Artists and Creators
Artists and creators listed on TipsOkay are responsible for the information they provide about themselves and their offerings. A listing on TipsOkay does not constitute an endorsement, employment relationship or representation by TipsOkay.
Tickets, Events and Other Offerings
TipsOkay may also offer tickets, event access, merchandise, broadcasts or other products and services. Additional terms or conditions displayed with a particular offering form part of the terms applying to that purchase.
Technical Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep TipsOkay available and transactions functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or third-party payment services.
